​How can I place an order?
Orders can be placed by e-mail, whatsapp, or by contacting us via social media.

We recommend filling in the order form.
Your reservation will be confirmed once you have paid 50% or the full amount of the order.

What flavor combinations are available?
Tourangelle offers a variety of original pasta combinations and fillings.

What toppings are available?
All works are exclusively made with buttercream or butternache icing.

You can find all the varieties of French pastry on our menu for 2024.

 

Can I try the cakes?
Undecided between different flavors? You can order a tasting box.
The box includes up to 3 flavor combinations, chosen from the menu.

The tasting box will cost 35€.

How much does each cake cost?
All our work is personalized, so there is no fixed price list. Each order is individually quoted, without any obligation.
Some simpler cakes have a fixed price - see our Instagram page @tourangelle_patisserie.

Wedding cakes have a base price of 150€.

What is the creative process like?
Tourangelle Patisserie knows how important your event is and wants to offer you the best possible experience.

Share all the relevant details, such as the location of the ceremony, information about the style of decoration and its theme, moodboards, floral options and other decorative details that you would like to see incorporated into the design of the cake.

The more details you share, the more personalized the experience will be.
Otherwise, I can take the creative liberty to present you with a design that fits within the Tourangelle register.

 

How can I pay?
Payment can be made by bank transfer.
Once you have paid, you must send us your receipt by e-mail.
Your reservation will be confirmed once you have paid 50% or the full amount of the order.
For wedding cakes, the remaining amount must be paid up to 15 days before the ceremony in order to confirm the service.

What is the deposit for?
It is used to reserve the date and start the creative process of designing the cake. It must be paid within 15 days of the guide and quote being sent.

After this period we cannot guarantee availability.

 

How much is the deposit?
The amount is indicated in the quote.

This is an estimate and does not represent the final amount, which will always depend on confirmation of the design's characteristics and final details.

Is the deposit refundable?
No, this payment is non-refundable.
 
Can the deposit be paid after the tasting?
Yes, but the date will only be guaranteed once the deposit has been made.

How far in advance do I have to place my order?
Orders must be placed at least 15 days in advance.

Orders placed within a shorter period of time may be accepted, but some limitations may apply to the decoration.

When will the final quote be sent?
The quote and moodboard will be sent within 30 working days of the deposit, with a sketch and the final price.

Within this period there is the possibility of 2 (two) free design changes before final approval, and each revision may change the price of the service, depending on the changes requested.

Additional changes may cost extra.

When should I make the final payment?
This must be made within 15 days of the date of the event.

 

Until when can I change the order?
Changes to the order are only allowed up to 4 weeks before the date of the event.

However, this does not guarantee that the event will take place.

How is delivery carried out?
For wedding cake deliveries, the cost of delivery and assembly on site is already included in the final quote.
For other orders, you can pick them up in Montijo by appointment, or they can be delivered at a location to be arranged.

Delivery is included in the price for journeys of up to 8 km.

For deliveries of more than 8 km, a transportation fee will be added.

How can I transport my cake?
Cakes should be transported on the floor of the car and not on the lap or seat.
For hotter days or longer journeys, the use of air conditioning during transportation is recommended.

How can I cut the cake?
Tourangelle Patisserie has prepared a video demonstrating the cutting technique.

Can I cancel my order?
Tourangelle Patisserie's cancellation policy does not provide for a refund of the deposit.
If the cancellation takes place 3 weeks or more before the event, only the amount paid up to that point will be refunded, above the deposit amount.
If the cancellation occurs less than 3 weeks before the event, Tourangelle Patisserie reserves the right not to issue a refund.
