How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed through:

• WhatsApp

• Social media channels

While recommended, the order form is optional but will help streamline your ordering process. Your order will be confirmed once you've paid either the 50% deposit or the full amount.

How far in advance should I place my order?

Orders must be placed at least 15 days in advance. While we may accept orders with shorter notice, please note that decoration options may be limited in such cases.

What are your prices?

Each creation is custom-designed, so pricing varies based on specific requirements. Wedding cakes start at €150. For simpler designs, we offer fixed pricing which can be found on our Instagram page @tourangelle_patisserie. We're happy to provide a personalized quote with no obligation.

Menu & Tastings

What flavor combinations are available?

Tourangelle Patisserie offers unique combinations of cake bases and fillings. Please refer to our current menu for 2025 for the complete selection of available options.

What types of frosting do you use?

We exclusively work with buttercream or "butternache" frosting. Full details about specific options can be found in our 2025 menu.

What French pastry varieties do you offer?

Our complete selection of French pastries is available in our 2025 menu. Please consult the current year's menu for the most up-to-date offerings.

Can I sample the cakes before ordering?

Yes! For those undecided between flavors, we offer a tasting box for €35 that includes up to three flavor combinations of your choice from our menu.

Design & Customization

How does the creative process work?

We believe in creating the perfect cake for your event. To achieve this, please share:

• Ceremony venue details

• Decoration style and theme

• Mood boards

• Floral preferences

• Any other decorative elements you'd like incorporated

The more details you provide, the more personalized your experience will be. Alternatively, you can trust our creative expertise to design something that matches Tourangelle's signature style.

When will I receive my final design and quote?

Within 30 business days after the deposit, you'll receive:

• Final quote

• Mood board

• Design sketch

You're entitled to two complimentary design revisions before final approval. Additional modifications may incur extra charges. Note that design changes may affect the final price.

Payment & Deposits

​

What are the payment methods?

We accept bank transfers and MB Way. Please email us your payment confirmation receipt.

What is your deposit policy?

• The deposit amount will be indicated in your quote proposal and is an estimate (not necessarily the final value)

• A 50% deposit confirms your booking and initiates the design process

• Deposit must be paid within 15 days of receiving the quote and guide

• After this 15-day period, we cannot guarantee calendar availability

• Deposits are non-refundable

• For wedding cakes, the remaining balance is due 15 days before the ceremony to confirm the service

• You may pay the deposit after the tasting, but your date is only secured after deposit payment

Delivery & Transportation

​

How is delivery handled?

• Wedding cake delivery and setup costs are included in the final quote

• Other orders can be picked up in Montijo by appointment or delivered to an agreed location

• Delivery is included for distances up to 8km

• Additional transport fees apply for deliveries beyond 8km

How should I transport my cake?

• Place the cake on the car floor, not on seats or laps

• For warm days or longer journeys, use air conditioning during transport

• We provide a video demonstration for proper cake cutting technique

 

 

Modifications & Cancellations

Can I modify my order?

Changes are only accepted up to 4 weeks before the event date. While we'll try to accommodate your requests, we cannot guarantee all modifications will be possible.

What is your cancellation policy?

• Deposits are non-refundable

• Cancellations 3+ weeks before the event: Any payments above the deposit amount will be refunded

• Cancellations less than 3 weeks before the event: No refunds will be issued
