"Tourangelle is my love manifest for pastry"
I'm Telma, I was born in Portugal and moved to Tours in France at an early age. My childhood there was made up of smells, experiences and tastes.

I grew up surrounded by the aromas of cocoa, flour, vanilla and fleur d'oranger, dazzled by the lights of the shop windows displaying glacés, and wanting to taste everything I saw and smelled.
​
The delicacy of these sweet little works of art grew on me, and decades later, they inspired me to crystallize this passion.
